What are voids?

Voids are below the surface gaps in the land when settlement occurs. When rainfall moves through spaces and cracks underground, cavities or voids are formed. Concrete is partially supported by base soils or through the use of anchors or rebar to foundation walls where there is a void. As your home settles, the concrete slab can no longer support any weight. This is when cracks will form on the outside and inside of your home. These cracks will eventually get worse.

The solution is to fill the void with polyurethane foam injection. Deep Foamjection will fill and set up within seconds. This is a permanent, fast, affordable, and eco-friendly solution to repairing settlements. Only professionals with expert knowledge and specialized equipment can repair foundations or settled slabs.
